I don't live in Canada or the U.S.A. Can you ship to me?

First off, thank you so much! It means a lot to us as a family business to have your support. Please
reach out to us through the “contact us” tab with your full address and we will get back to you
promptly with shipping options.

When will I receive my order?

We try to process and have your order ready for pick up/shipping within 3 business days. Shipping
transit times are shown at checkout. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the
couriers, and are not guaranteed. We do not have any control over shipping delays or delays due to
customs.

 

I live in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), do you offer local pick up?

Yes! Please select 'local pick up' at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order
is ready for pick up, and with pick up instructions. Please note that local pick up is by appointment
only. Local pick-up orders will be available for 60 days from order ready date. Any orders not
picked up within 60 days will be discarded.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we would be happy to work with you to bring your vision to life. Please note that a design fee
may be applied, depending on the complexity of your design.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes, we are equipped to fulfill orders in large quantities. Please reach out to us via email at
