Turnaround Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. During peak season, or if we are
experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If you require a
rush order, please contact us by email (rush fees apply).

Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the couriers, and shipping delays are not in our control.

Turnaround times for corporate, event and bulk orders vary, and are determined at the time of your order.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Products are made according to the details (spelling, size, colours) specified on your order and we do not accept returns on personalized orders as these products were custom made for you.

If we made an error on your order, please reach out to us as we will make it right. Please contact us by email (info@customcraftedmemories.com) within 48 hours or delivery to notify us of any errors. Prior to doing so, please confirm that the information on your order are correct.
